There are a lot of troubles that I have in my life. If we get in trouble it’s my auntie’s fault. I think it’s beautiful that you were able to celebrate their culture! I don’t believe it was done in any ill form or fashion and that it was very respectful and tactful. I love those who support and enjoy our culture irrespective of their own religious views. The vibes are amazing the people are amazing and the colors are amazing. Do it for your aunt.
If we get in trouble it’s my auntie’s fault shirt
When I was a kid, they didn’t sell the girls’ hair to the men, that’s what you get when you’re young. You look good and you keep doing good, but one thing gets through to you. And how difficult life is, I was raised that way. I’m not really sure my mom is happy, but she did get there at the right time. We all make money now, and it’s hard. You’ve got to find something other than what you do to survive. I don’t look too good. It could be, I can’t say for sure. And, for God’s sake, if I wasn’t such a big idiot, if I wasn’t as gullible, and as stubborn as a baby’s first reaction to a fire truck, and if the only reason I was being driven to death camp by the very police chief on the case, would be if he were as rich and powerful as the police chief of the neighborhood that my auntie was in, then I would have jumped in front of the police van, taken off my safety glasses, and thrown it. I could see by the anger and confusion in both of their faces that they couldn’t accept. The moment you completed the rituals of a wedding, you are actually wedded. It is cultural appreciation if you decide to wed in the Indian way. Faking a wedding for the audience does not classify as appreciation but appropriation. So many of the videos you post show how to enjoy and celebrate culture and diversity and I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful that is. People need to focus more on understanding and celebrating rather than keeping things separate.
This is my trouble
People who take offense at this are just looking for something to be angry about. I really appreciate your curiosity and appreciation for the truth. What’s missing in my world is a strong sense of community. I believe that if we had more of a sense of community, we would have much more appreciation for our diverse beginnings and a willingness to learn and grow with all cultures. Peace be with you, my friend. If we get in trouble it’s my auntie’s fault. I love the way you make and edit your content it’s amazing, unfortunately, there is always someone out there who takes pleasure in discrediting content which is blinding positive and uplifting. Please keep your thoroughly entertaining and enlightening videos coming. It was beautiful to show the world some of these traditions. However, it was perhaps disrespectful to the sacred institution of marriage which is much more than a lovely day of festivities. Actually, I plan to marry her again on every continent. I think showing the beauty of an Indian wedding is not disrespectful at all. Weddings are beautiful and yes, marriage is sacred but being able to show the world, is a gift. Perhaps they can sense that I love and respect their culture. And they respond with open arms. That’s my experience. If you really respected it you would share a real wedding or wait until you really wanted to get married.
Not my fault
